Dr. Palmer-Hall graduated from Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University with High Distinction and a Contact Lens Achievement Award in 1995. Her externships at Comprehensive Health Services of Detroit, Specialty Clinics at FSU, and the Lexington, KY VAMC provided exceptional education in areas of contact lenses, urgent care, ocular disease, pediatric, and geriatric optometry. After graduation Dr. Palmer-Hall was selected for a residency position in primary care, geriatric, and hospital based optometry at the Sepulveda, CA VAMC. The Journal of the American Optometric Association published her residency paper in 1997. Dr. Palmer-Hall started her professional career in Oxnard, CA delivering primary eye care to the primarily Mexican-American patient population.
In 2001 Dr. Palmer-Hall and her family returned to the Mid-West were she continued to provide primary eye care to patients in Bartlett, IL before joining Fox Valley Ophthalmology in 2004.
