This was my first visit there, but I have found where I will go and where my family will go. Walking in, they were the nicest receptionists I have met in a long while - and at my age you see more doctors. Helpful and just pleasant. AND not flooded with 30 pages of paperwork so many places have you fill out.
off topic for a minute - BUT WHY CAN'T IT BE SHARED SO YOU ARE NOT CONTINUALLY FILLING OUT THE SAME THINGS OVER AND OVER AND OVER....at any rate.
I did not have a long wait...very impressive.
The young lady that administered all the pretests before seeing Dr. Hefner was so great. She explained everything being done and why. Took time to talk to me and get everything down. Again, not a long wait for the doctor.
HE WAS SO NICE. Came in, shook my hand and proceeded to cover everything I could even image for an exam. Because I am diabetic, over 65, and had cataract surgery a year ago, he covered a lot with me. Never felt rushed or pressured to hurry through.
I have had a LOT of appointments with eye doctors since I stared with bad eyes in 4th grade....but I have to say this was by far the best experience with an office all the way around.
My grandson and daughter will definitively use this office.
AND ON A SIDE NOTE - I loved the chair I sat in and the receptionist went out of her way to call the person who ordered all their office furniture to find out where it was from..NOW THAT WAS OVER AND ABOVE...
